Recalibrating Your Experience

At Wandergeeknest, your immersive experience and the integrity of our precision-engineered gear are our highest priorities. We want every artifact in your digital sanctuary to function flawlessly. If your gear doesn't align with your setup, please review our protocols below to initiate a resolution.

1. Return Eligibility & Evaluation Period

We offer a 30-day calibration period. This means you have 30 days from the date of hardware receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The gear must be unused and in the exact condition it was deployed.
  • All original packaging, technical accessories, and manuals must be included.
  • A digital proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return Protocol

To start a return, please contact our support team at: support@wandergeeknest.com

If your request is authorized:

  • We will provide a return shipping label.
  • You will receive precise instructions on how and where to ship your gear.
  • Critical Alert: Artifacts sent back without prior lab authorization will not be processed.

3. Hardware Compromises, Defects & Shipping Errors

Please inspect your gear immediately upon docking (arrival).

If the item is:

  • Defective (Functional failure)
  • Damaged (Physical compromise)
  • Incorrect (Wrong SKU deployed)

Contact us at support@wandergeeknest.com immediately so we can evaluate the telemetry of the issue and recalibrate your order as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Artifacts

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal Interface Gear: Personal care or hygiene gadgets that have been unsealed or used.
  • Custom Configurations: Personalized or custom-ordered hardware.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
  • Digital Items: Gift cards.
  • Promotional Items: Sale items are final sale.

Note: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Hardware Upgrades (Exchanges)

To ensure you get the right gear as fast as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  1. Return the original item (once authorized).
  2. Place a new order for the upgraded gear separately.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For deployments within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The gear must remain in its original, unused state with all packaging intact.

7. Credit Restoration (Refunds)

Once we receive and inspect your returned hardware:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note: Banking institutions may require additional sync time (3–5 days) to post the credit to your account.

8. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

If you encounter an issue, please contact support@wandergeeknest.com immediately. We are committed to resolving all technical and transactional issues directly. Please avoid initiating bank chargebacks, as this creates significant lag in the resolution process.

9. Latent Refunds

If you haven’t detected your refund after the 10-day window:

  1. Verify your bank statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; there is often a processing delay.
  3. If you have completed these steps and the credit is still missing, contact the lab.

10. Return Logistics Hub

A return shipping label provided by our lab is required before sending any gear back.
