1. Processing Protocols & Shipping Fees
Every item undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our rigorous standards for your station.

- Shipping Fee: $5.99 Flat Rate (Global Dispatch)
- System Alert: During peak demand cycles (Holidays, Gear Launches), processing may extend up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Transit Telemetry
Since our gear is dispatched from global partner facilities to ensure the newest batches, delivery times vary based on your sector (location).
- United States: 10 – 15 Business Days
- Canada / UK / Australia: 11 – 16 Business Days
- Rest of World: 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your gear has been deployed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email containing your unique tracking telemetry.
- Data Sync: Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking system to sync after the label is generated. If the link doesn't show immediate movement, rest assured—your package is in transit to the primary hub.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments are dispatched via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Clearance: Wandergeeknest is not liable for delays caused by local customs inspection protocols.
- Note: While uncommon for individual gear items, customs policies vary significantly by region.
5. Manual Overrides (Changes & Cancellations)
Our logistics system moves fast to minimize transit time.
- Correction Window: If you need to modify your address or abort a deployment, contact us at support@wandergeeknest.com within 12 hours of order placement.
- Lockdown: Once the processing cycle has begun, we are unable to intercept or modify the shipment.
6. Compromised or Displaced Packages

Damaged Gear
If your artifacts arrive with structural or functional compromises:
- Transmit a photo of the damage to us within 72 hours of delivery.
- We will authorize an immediate replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Wandergeeknest is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier telemetry. If your tracking indicates delivery but the gear is missing:
- Verify with household members or secure drop-off points.
- Contact the local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately to initiate a trace.
- We will provide all necessary data to assist your claim, but we cannot issue refunds for successfully delivered orders.
